Industrial painting is intended for a wide variety of activity sectors such as industrial boilermaking, construction and handling equipment, modular construction, agricultural machinery, industrial bodywork, street furniture, floor paints and resins, etc.
This activity is done in several
steps :
1st step: preparation of sandblasting surface which consists to be cleaned using an abrasive projected at high speed using of compressed air on the surface stripping.
This operation removes all soiling to allow an upgrade of the processed support and thus obtain a better grip.
2nd step: the application of the first anti-rust coat to protect surfaces metallic effects of humidity.
It is protection against rust, it is not a curative product but preventive and protective.
They must be applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3rd step: the application of the final layer (tint).
