This activity is done in several stages:
1st step
Surface preparation by sandblasting which consists of cleaning using an abrasive sprayed at high speed using compressed air on the surface to be stripped.
This operation removes all dirt to allow the treated support to be brought to level and thus obtain better adhesion.
2nd step
Application of the first anti-rust coat to protect metal surfaces from the effects of moisture.
It is a protection against rust, it is not a curative product but
preventive and protective.
They must be applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3rd step
The application of the final coat (tint).
The most used industrial paints are epoxy paint, acrylic paint, etc.
