Rubberization

Rubberization

  • It is the application of rubber for different equipments in
preparing the surface by sandblasting or brushing then applying the rubber with glue.
  • The main rubbers used are butyl, Tiptop and beugin rubber.
  • The Lassoued company applies elastomeric coatings in its workshops or on sites depending on the size of the equipment to be protected.
  • The coating of sheet metal parts in the workshop by the application of raw gums makes it possible to follow all the details of more or less complex elements.
  • This application is followed by a vulcanization bringing the definitive characteristics to the protection.
  • The rubberization on construction sites makes it possible to apply directly on site high quality anticorrosion protection constituted by strips
of elastomers pre-vulcanized or to be vulcanized on steel or concrete constructions.
  • The company also has specific coatings that meet the requirements of road, rail or sea transport by tanks, containers, wagons or offices.
